A bipod with Cant allows you to pivot the rifle on the barrels axis to keep the cross hairs level, despite an unlevel surface. I.E. you can prevent the sights from being canted, which otherwise affects accuracy. Look it up.

A tripod takes too much critical setup time (on the move) and a monopod isn’t stable enough for a good shot of any distance (100-300 yards). The only thing left is to carefully choose the right one.
